the Direction of Healthcare Policy
A lecture for our staff by Mr. Toshihiko Suzuki
Through this lecture, we as medical professionals were able to deepen our understanding of the future of the social security system and the healthcare delivery system. In particular, we renewed our awareness of our roles and responsibilities as staff in addressing challenges such as the restructuring of regional healthcare, correcting the uneven distribution of physicians, and promoting digital transformation in medicine, all of which are required amid a declining and aging population. We will continue to fulfill our duties so that we can sustainably provide high-quality medical care within limited medical resources.
