It is also worth noting that Ultraformer III does not dramatically lift the skin. If expectations are set too high, you may feel that the results did not meet what you had hoped for.

While the time it takes to notice results varies among individuals, many patients notice some improvement immediately after their session.
The skin gradually lifts over the course of approximately 2–3 months following treatment, and most patients notice a lifting effect during this period.
How Long Do the Effects of Ultraformer III Last? Approximately 3–6 Months as a Guide
Once the SMAS layer has been tightened by Ultraformer III, it generally remains in a firmer state. However, the effects of Ultraformer III do not last indefinitely.
As we age, sagging will naturally return, and the face will gradually lose firmness over time.
As a general guide, patients tend to notice sagging returning approximately 3–6 months after treatment. If you notice sagging recurring, please consider scheduling another session.
Is There Downtime After Ultraformer III? Post-Treatment Progress
Ultraformer III generally involves minimal side effects and downtime. Makeup can typically be applied immediately after the session.
However, the following symptoms may occur in some patients:
- Swelling or puffiness at the treated area
- Redness or oedema at the treated area
- Burns
and more.
Redness and warmth, if they occur, typically subside within about one week. If redness has not resolved after one week, please consult the clinic.
Increasing the output of the ultrasound energy may also increase the likelihood of more noticeable side effects. While higher output may make results easier to notice, it can also prolong redness and discomfort, so caution is advised.
